Drug Court


Drug Court is a part of the Mason County Superior Court system and is presided over by a Superior Court Judge. Drug Court provides the criminal justice system the unique ability to influence a person shortly after an arrest and, thus, persuade or compel the person to enter and remain in treatment for drug abuse.
