How to check and adjust your cookie setting
 
Internet Explorer
  • From within Internet Explorer, on the textual menu bar, click on tools
  • Next select Internet Options.
  • A new window will be displayed, with several tabs across the top.
  • Click on Privacy
  • You should see a vertical slider bar or the word "Custom"
  • If you see a vertical slider bar, move the bar to the "Medium" setting and click OK
  • If you see the word "Custom", click on the "Default" button then click OK
  • Try accessing the site again.
Too many cookies / Temporary files
  • On rare occasion, some computers may be unsuccessful in using our site if they have too many cookies or temporary files on their computers.
  • To fix this problem (the below suggestion removes all cookies and internet temporary files from your computer)-
  • From within Internet Explorer,on the textual menu bar, click on tools
  • Next select Internet Options.
  • You should see one or two buttons (depending on which version of the internet browser you have) that will erase your cookies and temporary files. These buttons are labeled "Delete cookies ..." and "Delete files..."
  • Click each button; depending on the number of cookies / temporary files on your computer, this may take several minutes.
