During your inspection the inspector will be looking for:

Site address	Building permit
Building plans and site plan	Mechanical contractors license number
Combustion air opening	Duct sizing and location
Location of heating / cooling equipment in garage, minimum of 18" above floor
Gas lines under test	Propane tank setbacks
Flues & stacks, B-vent (no screws permitted), 1" clearance to combustibles
Furnace located at fire wall (1 layer, 5/8" type X GWB on wall) (2 layers 5/8" type X GWB on ceiling if supports are inches o.c.)

• **Approved site plans are required to be on-site with the approved plans at all times**
• Additional inspections may be necessary as required by the Building Official, Fire Marshal, other Mason County Department, or engineer or geologist of record.
• All construction must conform to the Mason County approved building plans and is subject to field corrections
