Site address marked, for locations see permit condition Building permit Below grade heating & mechanical components installed & under pressure (including radiant & forced air systems)

Below grade plumbing installed under pressure Slab insulation installed Mason County approved building plans and site plan

• **Approved site plans are required to be on-site with the approved plans at all times**
• Additional inspections may be necessary as required by the Building Official, Fire Marshal, other Mason County Department, or engineer or geologist of record.
• All construction must conform to the Mason County approved building plans and is subject to field corrections
