Commissioner John Bolender called a special meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. Commissioners Cynthia D. Olsen and Mary Jo Cady were in attendance.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board went immediately into executive session for approximately 15 minutes to discuss a complaint against an employee and came back into open session.
No action was taken.

The special meeting adjourned at 8:35 a.m.
