Zoning Districts within the Allyn UGA are established as follows:

| "R-1R" | Residential - Recreational District |
| "R-1P" | Residential - Platted District |
| "R-2" | Medium Density Multifamily Residential District |
| "R-3" | High Density Multifamily Residential District |
| "MHP" | Mobile Home Park Overlay District |
| "VC" | Village Commercial District |
| "T" | Tourist Commercial Overlay District |
| "HC" | Highway Commercial District |
| "BP" | Business Park District |
| "PF" | Public Facility Overlay District |
| "PD" | Planned Development Overlay District. |

(a)
A parcel specific Allyn UGA Official Zoning Map (Allyn Map), designating the boundaries of zoning districts and approved overlay districts and planned developments, shall be adopted and signed by the county board of commissioners, which map shall be on file with the planning department.
(b)
The map shall be amended as provided for in Title 17, Section 17.05.079 Amendments of the Mason County Code.
