Sections:
(a)
The Mason County auditor shall have the authority and responsibility to develop and enforce proper internal controls over the processing of claims and payroll.
(b)
The Mason County auditor shall develop proper procedures for the payment of claims and payroll and shall be responsible for the instruction and training of all county departments in the use of these procedures.
