Chapter 2.92 - CLERK OF COUNTY COMMISSION

2.92.010 - Designated.

The county commissioners shall designate one of its employees to serve as clerk who shall attend its meetings and keep a record of its proceedings.

2.92.020 - Duties.

(A)

Preparation of a record of all proceedings of the commission, the original of which shall, upon approval by the commission, be retained in a public file for the county commission;

(B)

Any other duties as required.
