Sections:
Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of the resolutions or ordinances of the county is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the resolutions or ordinances of the county shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days, or by both, unless otherwise required by state laws. Each such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the resolutions or ordinances of the county is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly.

The penalties provided for in Section 1.04.010 shall apply to the mandatory requirements of all chapters and sections of the Mason County Code unless specifically modified or superseded by a particular chapter or section thereof.
