ClerkePass is a new way to streamline business and certify documents via the Internet. The Mason County Clerk’s Office is excited about the new electronically certified document process called ClerkePass. This new process can simplify lives everywhere and provide timeliness to the delivery of certified documents. This service will be free to all members of the US military currently deployed overseas.
“This is the way of the future,” says Ginger Brooks, Mason County Clerk. “ClerkePass allows access to certified court documents from anywhere in the world. This will save time and money for anyone who uses it.”
By streamlining the document certification process, it will no longer be necessary to wait on the documents to be sent and received. With ClerkePass, certified documents can arrive within a matter of minutes instead of days or weeks. This certified document network meets federal standards by complying with the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, Section 101 (d)(1)(B) and with the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 19.34.
