HOW OFTEN DOES MASON COUNTY APPRAISE PROPERTY?

Mason County is on a four-year revaluation cycle that is on file with the Washington State Department of Revenue and is available at the Assessors office. 

The county appraisers physically inspect and update property values on approximately one fourth of the county every year.
